Shipping policy

Processing time: orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

Delivery time: after shipping, delivery usually takes about 5–15 days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, and times can be longer during the holiday season.

Christmas orders: order by December 1 for the best chance of your lights arriving before Christmas. We can't guarantee a delivery date.

Tracking: every order gets a tracking number once it ships, sent to the email you used at checkout.

Where we ship: we currently ship within the United States.

Wrong address: please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us right away if it needs changing; we can update it only before the order ships.
